Jiboss Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the Jiboss platform — including the website at jiboss.net and the Jiboss mobile application — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the Jiboss Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

Your continued use of the Jiboss platform following any update or amendment to these Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. Jiboss recommends that you review these terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the Jiboss platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine law governing online gaming and gambling activities.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted under applicable law at the time of play.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of Jiboss, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the Jiboss platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Jiboss reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued identification card, passport, or other age-verification documents. Failure to provide satisfactory proof may result in account suspension or closure and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3. Account Registration

Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) active account on the Jiboss platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification.
• A valid and active email address that you own and control .
• Your date of birth, which must confirm you are 21 years of age or older.
• A valid Philippine mobile number for account verification and security purposes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Jiboss account credentials, including your username and password. You must notify Jiboss support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. Jiboss will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.

Jiboss reserves the right to verify your identity at any point during your use of the platform. This may include requesting copies of valid government-issued ID such as a Philippine passport, SSS card, UMID, driver's licence, or PhilSys national ID. Account functionality may be restricted pending completion of identity verification.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the Jiboss platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). Jiboss supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at Jiboss's sole discretion.

Deposits:

• Deposits are credited to your Jiboss account balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider.
• Jiboss does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. These limits may be adjusted by Jiboss at any time.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Jiboss may request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the Jiboss account holder.
• Processing times vary by payment method. Jiboss aims to process approved withdrawal requests within one (1) to five (5) business days, though this is not guaranteed.
• Jiboss reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending investigation of suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• Any applicable transaction fees charged by the payment provider are the responsibility of the player.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

Jiboss may offer bonuses, free credits, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to players from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game restrictions, and validity periods, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made.

• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash unless the applicable wagering requirements have been fully met.
• Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time, unless otherwise specified by Jiboss.
• Jiboss reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to collusion, use of automated software, exploitation of system errors, or creation of multiple accounts — will result in the immediate forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
• Jiboss's decision on all bonus-related matters is final and binding.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the Jiboss platform operate using certified random number generation (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. The return-to-player (RTP) percentages and game rules for each title are available within the respective game interfaces.

By participating in any game on Jiboss, you acknowledge and accept that:

• The outcome of all games is determined by RNG and is not influenced by Jiboss or any third party.
• All bets placed are final once confirmed. Jiboss will not reverse or cancel a bet after it has been accepted by the system, except in cases of a verified technical error.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or system error that affects the outcome of a game, Jiboss reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager to the player's account balance.
• Jiboss reserves the right to suspend or remove any game from the platform at any time without prior notice.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Jiboss platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of account balances:

• Registering more than one account on the Jiboss platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Jiboss platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Jiboss platform.
• Using the Jiboss platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing Jiboss staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Accessing the Jiboss platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Jiboss platform — including but not limited to the Jiboss name, logo, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, and user interface design — is the exclusive intellectual property of Jiboss or its licensors and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Jiboss platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any Jiboss content without the prior written consent of Jiboss.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Jiboss and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Jiboss platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gaming activity on the platform.
• Interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any game.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Any technical errors, delays, or failures in the platform's systems or third-party payment providers.

Jiboss's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude Jiboss's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

10. Responsible Gaming

Jiboss is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations to player welfare seriously. The platform provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account at any time.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set limits on the duration of individual gaming sessions.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the Jiboss platform. Self-exclusion requests will be processed promptly, and Jiboss will not send promotional communications to self-excluded players during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Players may enable periodic reminders of the time spent on the platform during a session.

12. Amendments to These Terms

Jiboss reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, Jiboss will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of the Jiboss platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact Jiboss support in good faith to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. Jiboss will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.
